    • Key Experience：
    Mr. Hsu holds an undergraduate degree in law from Soochow University and a master’s degree in insurance management from National Chengchi University, and he is currently the chairman of Cathay Insurance Co., Ltd.

    Mr. Hsu has experience in the non-life insurance market for more than 39 years. He started his career at The First Insurance Co., Ltd and joined Cathay Century Insurance in 1993 as the manager of motor insurance department. He was promoted to senior vice president in charge of all-line underwriting departments and customer service department, and was further promoted to executive vice president in 2005 and president in 2007. Mr. Hsu became the chairman of Cathay Insurance Co., Ltd in 2013.

    Mr. Hsu has very strong understandings of law and profound knowledge about planning, marketing and public relations. He is active and consistent in all aspects, serious about work but kind and gentle to colleagues. Mr. Hsu is a man of his word and is highly recognized and respected in the industry.
